Project Management
HCRI provides a dedicated Project Manager for each trial who serves as the primary point of contact with the client. The Project Manger works closely with the client to ensure that the trial is effectively driven to completion by managing all study activities. Every project at HCRI is managed for success. Effective project management is a major key to realizing a sponsor's objectives
HCRI understands that each trial is conducted within a unique and a dynamic environment. Each Project Manager completes formal training and demonstrates fluency in the operational requirements of multi-centered, complex clinical trials.
The Project Manager works closely with Trial Design in understanding the complexities of the trial up front, assesses risk and develops a project specific operational plan.

HCRI Project Management activities include:
- Provides leadership and oversight of all study-related activities and deliverables
- Facilitates communication between the sponsor, team members and outside vendors
- Develop and manage study timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor budgets and forecasts across all internal departments, including tracking variances
- Creation of agendas, meeting minutes, scheduling and coordination of DSMB meetings, and other administrative study needs
- Coordination & presentation at investigators' meetings
- Coordination of ad hoc requests, including statistical analyses for presentations or publications and regulatory body responses
