HCRI is looking for a Clinical Project Manager with Oncology trial experience to assist with  expansion into this therapeutic area. Clinical Project Managers are responsible for all aspects of project administration and coordination of multiple large-scale, multi-center clinical trials, including the review of all proposals, budgets and contracts and tracking of all milestones and timelines. The development of study related documents and overall direction of the clinical sites for protocol adherence is also under the direction of Project Managers. Project Managers are responsible and accountable for assuring that the project team meets all deadlines and will also be expected to maintain a close effectual working relationship with Sponsors, Research Coordinators and Principal Investigators. Project Managers also work closely with associates from Finance to monitor contract budgets and allocate project resources.

Primary Duties:

•     Manages interdisciplinary team
•     Reviews proposals, budgets and contracts
•     Creates timelines and tracks milestones
•     Facilitates all internal and external communication relevant to assigned projects
•     Effectively manages internal and external resources
•     Assists with CRF/MOP development
•     Supervises subcontractors
•     Attends investigator meetings 
•     Coordinates DSMBs 
•     Participates on Clinical Events Committees
•    Oversees electronic data submissions 
•    Coordinates data requests
•    Oversees report development 
•    Reviews reports

Requirements:  

Education: BA/BS or equivalent; concentration in the life sciences a plus. MA/MS & Project Management training preferred.

Years of Related Experience: At least 3 years of clinical trial management is also required.
