Working with recruiters

HCRI does partner with professional recruiters for specific searches. However, to protect the interests of all parties involved, we have an established procedure for the submission of agency resumé. All candidates must be presented through the Human Resources department. Direct contact with HCRI employees in an attempt to present candidates is inappropriate and disrupts the efficiency of the process. We do not accept unsolicited resumés from any source other than directly from candidates for current or future positions. Submission of unsolicited resumés in advance of a signed agreement between HCRI and the agency does not create any implied obligation on the part of HCRI.

A member of the Human Resources team personally reviews each resumé received. Your credentials are evaluated for the position to which you have applied, as well as any other job openings at HCRI for which you might be qualified.

If, at this time, it is determined that HCRI does not have an open position matching your experience and career goals, HR will file your resumé for one year. You will be contacted if an opportunity arises for which you are better suited.
