Laura Fitzgerald
Manager Clinical Safety
Laura Fitzgerald joined HCRI in 2005 as the Manager of the Clinical Safety Department. Previously, she worked in the Clinical Safety and Pharmacovigilance departments at both Pfizer and Genzyme. Her past clinical experience includes working as a Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Recovery Room Charge Nurse at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York. Additionally, she worked at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta in the Office of the Director. She received a BS in Nursing from Georgetown University and an MPH from Columbia University.
