Theresa Palabrica, MD
Senior Director of Medical Affairs
Dr. Theresa Palabrica provides senior leadership and medical expertise for clinical operations at HCRI with direct management responsibility for Medical Affairs. Dr. Palabrica was a practicing interventional cardiologist at Tufts-New England Medical Center for 11 years. She gained 20 years of basic, translational and clinical research experience conducting clinical trials while a professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. She has co-authored many publications in the field of interventional cardiology, thrombosis and adhesive proteins. Dr. Palabrica's experience also includes global leadership positions in Clinical Development at Pfizer Inc. and Baxter Healthcare Inc. as well as global cardiovascular Medical Affairs at Millennium Pharmaceuticals.Dr. Palabrica received her BS from the Univ of Wisconsin and her MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
