Penny Timbie
Director of EDC Services
Starting in the fall of 2004, Penny Timbie developed and implemented HCRI's EDC Program. Prior to that, Penny's industry experience included work as manager of clinical data management in a large, international CRO, data management with remote data entry for a pharmaceutical company, and strategic planning for a major hospital. She has also worked independently with her own database business focusing on data collection and reporting. Penny received her BA from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut and has taken graduate courses at the University of New Haven and Fairleigh Dickenson University. Penny is a member of DIA and SCDM.
