Charles Frizzell
Chief of Operations
Since 1997, Charles Frizzell has been responsible for the oversight of day-to-day company operations. He has implemented company-wide systems to allow HCRI to quadruple in size. Mr. Frizzell has managed the development of procedures and practices that enable HCRI to effectively collect, process, and report on data for over 200 clinical trials involving more than 70,000 patients. His experience includes managing operational functions in a variety of environments including the healthcare, biotechnology, and service industries.
