Leadership Team

A member of the senior management team since 2002, Ms. Moses focuses on Finance and Business Development. Under her supervision, financial analysis and reporting capabilities have expanded continuously and the business development function has evolved to compete successfully with much larger, for-profit firms. Ms. Moses is also Director, Corporate Development at Partners HealthCare System where she started and oversees the Partners Venture Fund and manages new business projects. In the 1980's, Ms. Moses co-founded and became Chief Financial Officer of CIC Asset Management; and she later held senior financial positions at Putnam Mutual Funds and John Hancock Life Insurance. Ms. Moses holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in social anthropology from the University of Chicago.
